It's not always about racing.
Hopefully first-gen SC? A la SC300/400?
Volvo may not be the best reliability-wise, but I'd put it well above ANY Chrysler product.
I've never done high-mileage volvos, but from what I hear, results may vary. My dad typically keeps cars much longer than me, so we'll see how the new V60R he's spec'ing will hold up.
Okay, I can temper my rant a bit. An SUV as a winter car/ beater makes sense. I just hate seeing the constant push for them as a practical and flexible car for every situation. They just aren't and in all non ground-clearance type situations just always lose out to wagons IMHO.

Quite a looker!
I'd buy a Scirocco and would have bought an A3 if the Mk6 GTI hadn't come out. With the autobahn package there's not much difference other than 4 rings on my keychain.
Bullet hole? Maybe someone tried to kill this beast already and failed.
I think the E46 materials are nice and have held up well. If you're looking for Fisher-Price, try a corvette.
I laughed reading this. So true.
This is the last great "true" BMW. This and an E30 for the track would be plenty for me for a very long time.
Gaaaaah! Someone needs to rescue that poor RX-8. Generic GMC truck? Meh. Whatever.
This is hands-down my favorite Ferrari in recent memory. It's almost Aston-like in its elegance and not at all as shouty as the current crop.
Just because something is used doesn't make it useful. The SWAT team gets deployed because it exists, not always because it's strictly necessary.
My question is whether every police department around needs a SWAT vehicle at all.
If by PR you mean public penis substitute for chubby balding white guys with duck-dynasty outfits...then yes, nice price.
