don't feel like finding yet another e30, sigh

Trust me, I like the m62, heck I manual swapped a 530i wagon (that said the m60b30 is anemic, needed to also swap in a b40/b44) but I disgress. Saying an m30 is only good for big turbo is like saying a girl is only hot in a mini skirt and heels.. shrug

the m62tu in the e38/e39s are way better but that m30b35 is god's motor (shortly after the m20 heh)

I've had great success flashing them or replacing the "figure 8" gasket above the valvebody

LOOOOL. I think you are forgetting about:

People seem up in arms about the 1996 or older part of this article. I can just chime in that you rarely see cars that old in Brussels because of how strict the technical inspection is. France has a slightly more lax inspection, but that could change. Also a 2004 Fiat Punto is 1-2k euros. So overall not a tax on the…

floor replaced? just usually need a reinforcement kit. $200 kit, $800 in labor, doneski. $10k e46 m3s are usually slightly clapped out, but still worth it.

e36 or e46 m3 all day long (since i've seen someone already post the e30...)

only euro 1986 cars have 171hp, just sayin'

Came here to post this. thanks!

Those m62b44tu are off the chains. See what I did there?! ;)

E30 M3. The answer is always E30 M3. But really.. they aren't going to lose value any time soon.

Here is how I found mine. I first un-death-trapped it, then proceeded to wash/polish. 6k later she brings all the boys to the yard *sigh*

I'd go certified all day on these, they clog heads pretty badly. Once it happens to mine, and gets fixed by cpo, I'm buying an EGR block off plate FOR MY COMMUTE WHICH IS OFF ROAD ONLY ;)

I just picked up diesel for $3.09 a gallon in South Carolina. <3 <3 <3

All the dirt cheap euro market cars (read e30 touring) most people drool over are all garbage because europe.

"built with the cooperation of ruf" ie: he called up and bought some wheels for it from ruf.. and in the mean time told them what he was building to which they replied "umm cool?"

or you can get the best of both worlds. an audi v8 requires belt-like intervals on its chains!
