Yeah it’s about as “free” as Destiny 2 or your average Gacha. For most of the additions that set it apart from the rest of the series it’s absurdly expensive. Yay “live services”!

Yeah, that’s how I read the Yakuza director’s comments too, I was just tired when I wrote that out
Why does Ubisoft think we care about their AssCreed Metaverse? Just write your games better. lol
I think Ghosts was amazing, but I’d imagine my opinion would be altered if I was Japanese or East Asian. I saw some praise from Japanese game developers which was somewhat of a relief. I’ll always remember this one.
Don’t trust Ubisoft at all to be history accurate, but your campaign to let Jin fuck is my favorite bit of journalism about Ghosts of Tsushima. Thanks for bringing that back.
She mentions the show in her goodbye letter, the ratings and reviews were bad and it didn’t make much money or generate a lot of hype. Whether or not you consider it a good show is not relevant to the business sector. I do not care about the face reveal in the slightest. I found the show boring so I stopped watching.
She wants to reemployed she’s not going to leave saying “Well, Infinite is looking pretty shitty and our show was a critical flop, GG” as much fun as they would have been.
Imagine dealing with Halo dudes, the only worse gaming community worse is Smash Bros fans. Well wishes to her family.
I definitely thought about this at great length. I notably now think Watch Dogs is their take on futurism in an AC type sandbox, for better or worse.
I wish they would release the larger ones standalone so I didn’t have to reinstall the entire base game each time.
AC: Valhalla, despite me being a series fan, was so forgettable that I can’t even remember the primary characters... personalities? The hardest hitting of the ARPG creeds for me was definitely Origins.

I want Assassins Creed 3: Liberation 2. I require more Aveline.
Yes, Desmond’s story is completed in Assassin’s Creed 3, the American Revolutionary War game with the Native protagonist, who is actually Edward from Black Flag’s grandson and thus related to Desmond.
There’s a pretty cool conclusion to the SciFi plot in AC3, quite thorough... definitely controversial ending among…
It would be huge, Liberation is one of the best Creed games and tells a wonderful story. I would be so excited to see her again, she may very well be the best protagonist Ubisoft has ever written.
I was thinking Bayou / Aveline / Voodoo culture. Either way definitely the most intriguing.
Thoroughly enjoyed your stuff throughout your time here, you’ll be missed and your humor too!
Obviously you know a lot more about this canon than I do, so I now switch my support to whatever character you prefer lol... as long as we get a good game out of it.
I think Raziel is a more interesting character and most likely to get the greenlight for a sequel, given how badly they butchered Blood Omen 2.
I’m tired of Disney’s version of history I guess. I’m just exhausted with how safe of a way to dodge vague promises made in their advertising. If this game doesn’t have an M rating for “overt racism” I’m just going to make the assumption that the writing is fucking terrible and dodges it’s responsibilities. I don’t…
Yeah I’d rather not have some jingoistic bullshit pulling Black Panther into the 1940's without properly exploring historical context. I’m not opposed to controversial settings, but the problem being, Disney is. They won’t address the segregation or Jim Crow in any sincere way now that they’re part of the…
So much opportunity, Perfect Dark (2000) is still an FPS apart, all these years later and there’s nothing like it.
