And within days it was “genitalia”. That’s when I knew it was over.

This week

everyone in this thread is in a time out

This is why, in the final accounting, I’m still more upset about the third party voters than others who didn’t vote. That smugness, that insistence that their conscience or Hillary being a “warhawk” mattered more to them than Trump being Trump. Christ, the times I was told I was a “sheeple” because I didnt take

Yes. Revolutions suck. They almost always fail. Even if they succeed, poor people in revolutions suffer a thousand times more than rich people in revolutions.

It’s so infuriating. Does she have any idea what people go through in a war? And in the aftermath?

Susan Sarandon didn’t cost Hillary the election, and I hardly think most people are making that argument. But, fuck me alive if her behavior during the election wasn’t a flighty game of White Privilege Bingo.

Love it when wealthy insulated people who can run away talk about “the revolution.” Seriously, fuck this woman. I don’t think she had an actual impact on the election, she’s not relevant enough to swing more than maybe a dozen voters, but I am disgusted by her glib attitude.

“This is already a hell of a time to be a federal employee. We’re a favorite congressional scapegoat. We haven’t had raises in years. Our health insurance is shitty, and the prices keep rising for us too. We are at constant risk of furlough. We’re overworked and understaffed. So now we’re looking at freezes of pay,

The best part of these letters is that, for the most part, they serve to show how deeply our public servants care about the cause for which they serve. These people are speaking anonymously and thus have little reason to lie, and what I get from reading these pieces is the terror that Trump will undo the work they’ve

Just a crazy out-of-the-ballpark idea, but maybe she’s resigning because she can’t bring herself to serve under a vile, sexual assaulting, orange misogynist? She took one look at Trump and...

I’m beginning to believe in chemtrails.

It was the clothes, wasn’t it..

Aside from the obvious WTF of this, that seems extremely unsanitary. Like, imagine the sweat.

Agreed. The insistence on moral purity, and the inability to form coalitions and make concessions because “good enough” is always the enemy pretty much guarantees the progressive left will continue eating itself.

I nearly lost it on twitter when someone tried to blame black people because only 88% voted for Clinton versus 93% for Obama. Oh but you don’t want to talk about the white women who voted in droves for Trump?

The gap between Trump and Clinton in Wisconsin is just under 27,000 votes. Nearly 31,000 people in Wisconsin voted for Jill Stein.

Want me to start taking so-called third parties seriously? Stop nominating loons like Stein and Johnson.

Now playing

I’m over my secessionist moment. I am not going to run away from that piece of rancid pigeon meat. I am going to turn and fight. I leave you all with this:

Jill Stein is nothing more than a vanity candidate. She has no relevant experience, and her policy positions are dangerously incoherent and irrational. Anyone who voted for her should be ashamed of themselves.
