Happy Father's Day, the Game of Thrones way!

Wow, I'm now a huge fan of Eva Green. She pretty much dominated this whole episode and I wanted to see more. But I'm still confused as to what happened to Mina exactly. She married a lawyer and then..?

The more I'm told I should like something, the more I have reservations. I've given Battlestar Galactica and Breaking Bad tries on Netflix but both leave me cold. I'm glad I stuck with Parks and Rec after abysmal 1st season though, it got so much better.

No Enlisted?

You might be right that it would be hard for the devil to carry his own show. But since Crowley got a bit of his humanity back, he's been more complex. I see it more of a dark comedy than another SPN type drama.

The new "Odd Couple"!

Crowley deserves a spin off series. Please make it happen.

Is this Game of Thrones expensive? Wow!

Saw a preview last night. Matt Bomer is every bit as good as Jared Leto last year, with the physical transformation to match. Yes the play feels dated, but watching the film last night at a very crowded Castro Theater was very moving. Not a dry eye in the house.

Other reviews are negative about Murphy's direction, but the play is so strong on its own and the acting superb. I'm definitely watching.

Oh, no . Well that's sad. Mad Men seems to have trouble writing long term for their gay characters. I still miss poor Sal.

Maybe it was just me then. I guess having the brothers so cold and distant for so long, I didn't buy the sudden turn in need to save Dean at all cost. The writing has been a weak spot for me this whole season.

My sense was that it did start with the "sucking up" but she let him into her private life far too quickly and easily. There were definitely hints in the last season that she had more than platonic feelings for him. He is easy on the eyes!

Did you like his performance tonight?

I don't know if it was Jared, the writing or direction. It all felt a little flat. I agree, last season was Jared's best ever.

Bob was ambiguously gay until this episode. And she was more than happy accepting all his gifts and attention. What platonic friend buys flowers for your mother!?

This finale felt so predictable til probably the last reveal. So now we have Demon Dean. I wish I could say I have confidence in the writers to really develop some interesting and complex stories next season, but frankly I really don't. Even this Carver penned episode left me bored until the last 15 minutes.

I don't get it, if Joan knew Bob was gay, why lead him on this way? I was also expecting a Bob - Pete awkward moment.
Love all the Don and Peggy scenes. The ending shot was perfect.

Bloodlines is a definite D-

It always seems to me that Tyrion and Oberyn are the smartest people in any room they inhabit. Combined, they should make a very formidable team.
