As a general rule: fuck dealers.

Pretty simple really, they had the speedo set to KPH.

i’m sure this is a minority opinion, but that sucker is ugly

Always a thrill to see an article about the Ridley Scott Superbowl commercial.

Now playing

That’s a pretty good Nissan ad. Probably the second greatest Nissan ad ever. After this one:

The US retail car dealer paradigm is irretrievably broken.

There is no direct predecessor to this car. It’s below where the LaFerrari sat but above the rest of their current lineup. Current lineup in ascending order for when you win the lottery:

I can’t fault anyone for liking the C-01.

916 all day. I don’t even think I need to make the list any longer than that. It’d be first one of them I’d take on the road and as someone who’s never had anything more than 50cc powering their very few two wheeled adventures I got a feeling I wouldn’t survive that ride anyway so the rest are superfluous.

The 916 is probably #2 on my dream bikes list, but somehow missed the cut in my hypothetical 4 bike dream garage. It was just fighting with #1, since it doesn’t fill the roles represented by the other 3.

I am fully prepared to be criticized for my list:

I’m not a Mustang guy but I’ve always had a soft spot for the 350R. Sad to see this news.

I feel like the prerequisites for buying involve being or having a life partner who is shallow and short sighted with more money(or credit) then taste.

Over 2000hp sounds to me that a driver just barely touches the throttle and he’ll immediately slam into the car ahead of him. Except out of 130 cars, 120 will never be used—always parked in a climate controlled garage for the resale, 8 will accumulate less than 300 miles in the year from just going to Cars ‘n’ Coffee

Are they killing them off globally? Or just in the US? Because at this point, Americans don’t deserve nice things anyway.

Say it with me now: “Miata Is Always The Answer.”

I mean if I was retired owned a 2 post lift, the entire contents of a Snap On truck, 50 years of mechanical knowledge (and not the shitty Scotty Kilmer kind) and truly hated the sight of my spouse or family then yeah I could totally see this in my garage.

By building a 315hp sedan and wagon?

If Harley is gonna dump all its racist dealers, then it isn’t going to have a dealer network left.

I really like these cars, and I’m sure this one is a blast to drive.
But. The stickers, exhaust, and tree stuff all over the car tell me it has been absolutely flogged. I’d be willing to bet those low miles have not been easy on it at all, and the next owner will have to deal with that eventually. CP from me.
