Thank you. While I appreciate what I’m going to take as a good faith attempt at a sincere apology, please know that I can see the comments you make elsewhere on our sister sites and they’re not that nice. I hope you sustain this energy here and carry it with you no matter who’s piece you’re commenting on.

Ray Fisher’s talking loud and saying little style of delivering his plight doesn’t make him a sympathetic figure either.

Are these details? The statement still has no specifics despite what the article title says. Really its a variation of what he has said before. If anything it reads as if it was filtered through a PR person who wrote a better copy of Fisher’s previous statements on this.

So in case anyone was wondering, I read the entire article specifically with an eye toward any specific allegations about Whedon. There was only one direct and one indirect. The direct one:

I love this movie even more than Halloween, and I love Halloween. The Fog is a more classical ghost story in structure and execution, which was deliberate on Carpenter’s part; he was apparently forced to add some of the more gory shots at the insistence of the studio, which was looking at the excesses of some of the

Journeyman - The short-lived time travelling journalist series killed by 07 writers strike.

Everything Carnivàle.

Did he say that?

Scroll back up: he said he wasn’t in high school when it came out.

Dulé was one of the best parts of West Wing and has had a very successful career by any measure, but I am kind of disappointed he’s never had the kind of breakout character role in a great movie that I think he deserves. Hopefully there’s still time.

You beat me to it, but well played.

And the other Andy is Rafe Spall, who’s really made quite a name for himself lately.

This is the comment I was looking for. Thank you!

My town still has an old-school drive-in theater.  We came very close to losing it last year, after its owner died and the guy who took it over tried to tear it down and turn it into warehouses.  We’re very, very lucky that didn’t happen.

How do the Pop ups manage the sound? Is it through radio? Leaving the radio on for that whole time (especially for a longer film) doesn’t make sense... Also are there spots for smaller cars as opposed to higher profile larger vehicles? Just curious, none are available or have popped up here yet.

I never understood why drive-in theaters didn’t make a comeback at some point...tech’s advanced light-years from the 50's, a car is 100% more comfortable (and cleaner) than a theater, and probably would make for a pretty attractive place to hold classic car shows / host car club gatherings.

The local drive-ins here went to online ticketing this year. And sold out for weeks in advance.

But her stuff is so festive!

I think that the answer is that there may be NO reason to link this to Josh Gad, and that Sam Barsanti had a paragraph most would find mildly interesting, that he instantly stretched into three, complete with clickbait that people will click on for the drama.
