Yeah, how dare he work hard and earn money for it! He should have been a struggling actor, then I would feel some sympathy for him. As it was, Mr. Moneybags’s parents are going to profit from his death, I bet they’re just laughing all the way to the bank!!

But when he goes back in time, why is he in a timeline where Lois didn’t die? He goes back in time, sure, but he doesn’t do anything to save Lois. So shouldn’t he have to go back in time and then save her from the earthquake?

I saw a screening of this and it’s great. It is dark and cynical and there are no heroes in it. The only likable character is O’Shea Jackson Jr. It’s funny but the cringing kind of funny.
