For arms and legs, my rule of thumb is a solid bead of sunscreen over the length of each.  Seems to be about the right amount for me to get full coverage, without missed spots, or a excess.

I don’t trust spray on sun screen period.  Personal choice, though, it’s a feel thing.  I end up feeling like I lacquered myself.

I’ve done this for a long time, well I usually just use a plastic container with normal lid, need to squeeze the lid to prevent spillage. I’ll also add any initial seasonings, salt, pepper, or additions if I’m going that route. Does a great job getting an even consistent mixture.

At least in the US most urban streets have lighting of some sort. I’m surprised someone hasn’t created a replacement light pole which incorporates a charging port or two in addition to the pole itself.
