I think it’s unconscionable (holy crap spelled that right on the first try) to have a rescue facility and not have some sort of rescue plan in place. Granted sometimes it all hits the fan and things fall apart, but to not have thought of the situation at all?

So would Pats fans say that they are happy that after getting fingered for a crime by the long arm of the law, the judge saying “hands off” on the video is a happy ending?

I think the commentators got it right, it was just a very strong shot.  The pads are totally rigid and he didn’t get his stick on it. 

It’s called a “internally” diluted sample.  The Department of Transportation defines minimum levels for several factors otherwise the sample is labeled “Dilute”.  The lab might actually have been doing you a favor, if the testing resulting in a dilute sample you’d have had to come back to give another sample anyway.
