Heh....as someone who works in the auto industry as a powertrain engineer, this whole “fleet economy” thing is incredibly dumb. It’s actually difficult to describe how stupid it is to regulate vehicles this way.

Reminds me about the questioning for jury duty when I was part of the selected pool. Lawyer asked me if I could render a guilty verdict. Me: “Well there’s the law and then there’s justice. I would do what’s right.”

The idea that a non publicly traded company had it’s valuation go up on being Time person of the year is LAUGHABLE. I’d point out that Tesla has been selling off since he was given the cover. I doubt Benioff has anything to do with the day to day business at Time magazine either.
