Some cars do tell you that information.  The problem is people can’t be bothered to fix it.

That part of the dealer experience isn’t bad. The bad part is when you go to the stupid little glass office and watch numbers dance on paper and know they are trying to rip you off.
Then you go to a deeper office and the pages upon pages of legalese designed to deceive is shoveled in front of you.  And for some reason

As someone who spent several years living in Western Europe as a young adult man, this statement does not at all surprise me:

Paging functionoverfashion..we need good opinions

We have to be policed. We don’t have to be policed to death.

I mean when you hear the phrase “abolish the police” why exactly is it crazy to think that means “police won’t exist anymore?” “Abolish” has a very specific meaning.

Every time I stepped into this I would think I just arrived at Dayton airport and was leaving the Enterprise rental car parking lot. If this was in my driveway, I would be depressed looking at it.

I’d respectfully differ with Rob on his assessment of the pricing.

No sir.  You’re theoretical $1,500 could not buy you anywhere near this nice and low mileage of a car.  NP.

I’m with you, I don’t think this is a bad package for a cruiser and this certainly looks like a legit “old lady drove it to church on Sunday” deals, but I just can’t get behind $5500.  Maybe $4k.

Judging by the amount of Buick/Oldsmobiles of this era I STILL see on the road today, I bet this would be a reliable daily driver for WAY more than a couple years.

These are fairly quick even by modern standards, comfortable, cheap to repair, extremely reliable, easy to modify, and fairly fuel efficient (I got high 20s highway when I owned an equivalent Grand Prix).

I bet clean RSX Type-Ss will be worth a lot in five years. EP3, I don’t know. I didn’t like the look when they were new and I still don’t get excited about them.

They’re fun, but I mean, a 2020 Civic Si will feel a whole lot faster. Not to mention be much safer.”

I’m with GM on this one. All those Amazon vans sit at night. Just hook them up so they can charge. Plus GM could probably have more range built into them too. Amazon reduces fuel costs while GM builds up their tech on EVs

The locals have leveled their criticisms after multiple workers at both plants have tested positive for Covid-19 since the facilities reopened on May 18. In Dearborn, the union has filed a formal grievance demanding that the plant be closed until it tests all workers.

1st: Frankly this makes more sense than a consumer EV in America at the moment. The consumer market for new cars, especially new GM vehicles, isn’t interested in EVs because they think “the libs” give a single shit about what car they buy. Better to sell the tech to the audience that needs it at the moment, since

Why are we supposed to be mad about GM attempting to electrify a notoriously less efficient portion of the automotive landscape again? Because replacing a 12mpg van driving 250 miles a day won’t involve a car attractive to people driving a CUV 40 miles per day at 28mpg?

Raff did you forget about the Hummer and Cadillac ev’s?

Fuck him. Charge the guy with damaging private property but then Smith with felony battery. Attempting to repeatedly kick someone in their head is sickening. At least we don’t have to see his dumb ass on an NBA court again.
