I’m into it.  If it’s as hilariously high performance as I suspect it will be, then I’ll be first in line to buy one.

It sort of already was. Corvettes typically don’t have any explicit Chevrolet badges on them at all, with the exception of one small bowtie on the crossed flags of the corvette logo.

WHY

Its a destroked LT1. It’s as similar to a street variant motor as any other cars in those series run, and makes less power than the standard LT4 available in the Z06.

What do you mean “it will not race with any engine the public can buy in it?”

They may have had a license to make and sell in INDIA, not in the United States. If that’s the case, then they don’t really have much legal standing to move forward here in the states.

Just a note - the E46 had an S54, not an S52.

So if you were selling your car, and a prospective buyer asked you, “Has this car been modified in any way,” you would be able to look him dead in the eye and say “Yea, I took Skip Barber Racing School!”

Because a “mod” is a “modification.”

Driving school is great, but to be fair, that doesn’t really answer the question.

The number of cylinders is more than likely completely irrelevant to the patent.

I could see people rooting for a team, rather than just a driver. I think even with F1, fans often root for a favorite team, like Ferrari or Mercedes, rather than a driver individually.

Cherokee XJ.

That isn’t an option

I don’t think there is actually a cure for rabies.

Prob more than $3k, but yes. That isn’t the point though. A Demon has a WARRANTY.

The appearance isn’t the problem - aesthetically I think white looks fine when it’s clean. From a practical perspective though, it’s just a huge pain in the ass to keep clean.

This is it.

Those parents are spending a lot of money already so their kids can go to those specific public schools. Schools are funded by property tax. Expensive communities have high property taxes. Schools for expensive communities therefor receive greater funding.

I disagree - I think there are people here that are making this look like its somehow about race, but that the reality is that the parents are primarily upset at the lost opportunity for their children.
