Demolition derbies?

Right as the exhaust flares you can see little bits of engine flying out of it.

Carb tuning!

You mean his vodka martini (shaken, not stirred), right?

You can also use Vaseline to restore faded, sun-dried plastics.. Here's a how-to I made last year. I've also heard synthetic motor oil can do the job but I've never tried it.

Our YJ's 4.2 is junk and we've got a new one waiting to get swapped in. I figure it'd be easier to try to mod the new one now while it's out of the Jeep.

Our 4.2 (pictured) probably isn't the best example. Not even a rebuild could save it, it runs and drives rough and requires special procedures to operate. We've got a donor 4.2 that we picked up and we're going to try to combine them to create one good engine.

How can it be modded? Are there any parts that can bolt right on?

It's a shame it's neutered, it has so much potential. Porsche won't make it any better because than a specced up Cayman would outperform an equivalently priced 911, and we just can't have that, no no no.

Nope. Just yesterday there was an issue with posts not appearing right on the Oppo front page because someone was mucking about with the "comment promotion system".
