In the video taken from behind the Camry, it looks like the path of vision between the Camry and the police car was obstructed by those cars stopped in the road. That would explain both why the cop pulled out in front of him (also, was probably in a hurry to catch the red light runner) and why the Camry didn’t stop.…

I think it’s silly how much publicity Tesla gets for every little thing that happens to them. They get blamed for their cars’ drivers’ inattentiveness and whenever something goes wrong on the car people freak out because they thought they were supposed to be perfect.

I’m gonna go ahead and say RIP Mitsubishi. The only thing they had to stand out from the crowd was the Evo and it’s going to be gone soon...
