I think until this episode, the problems haven't been that big of an issue. In many episodes this season, there's nothing to suggest there can't be days or even weeks between many scenes. Usually, that works, but in this episode it really did seem like little more than a day was spent sitting on the icy island. And

That's all about former readers becoming writers and believing the comics were best when THEY read them. And actually, the older adult fans still hanging around now encourage them.

Well, we can first see if The Orville works. If it proves too expensive, maybe they won't try it.

Nah, the Donald's more of a Cogswell.

His takig-too-much credit still doesn't seem to have been anywhere near as egregious as Bob Kane taking credit for Batman.

Seems kind of insulting to all other old folks. We have one great commentary about racism and bigotry, followed by him just being in the presence of and saying he likes a black guy. Good for him, sure, but take it down a notch with your hyperboles.

Can I "upvote" this more than once?

Not really. Many scenes have very little to indicate how much time has passed between them.

It's funny that they always keep that part of the character, no matter the media. Even the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse show, aimed at no one much older than six years old, has Donald get pissed off.

I'm very much onboard with giving the boys distinct personalities. I can understand that they were used differently over the past decades, but doesn't making them interchangeable just remove all sorts of aspects of storytelling? This series is leaning towards more complexity and maturity, but still making it for kids.

I feel like it was after Crazy Heart and True Grit came out, as if he had some weird episode that made him think he was those characters. Then he started playing cowboy characters, and talking like that on talk shows. It's just really weird.

So, can anyone pinpoint when Jeff Bridges went from a charming leading man who grew up as a kid in a Hollywood family into a funny-talking old cowboy from Texas?

Over one day off? There's an asshole who needed only the tiniest push to reveal himself as a woman-hating lunatic. Take it down a notch, buddy.

Wow, I have seen so few of these movies…

Yes, our reviewer seems intent on finding problems with the episode.

"“Cersei’s taken all the food from The Reach.” All the food? All of it?"

I think people came to feel so bad for the torture that Theon endured they began to pity than root for him. Though i also think part of that is that worst things he did are so many years back, it's easy to forget or overlook them.

The same reason Paul Dini and the Batman: TAS writers and producers have never been let anywhere near a Batman movie. And why comic writer Larry Hama was called a "consultant" for the first G.I. Joe live-action movie but really had nothing to do with it. Hollywood executives are stupid.

No matter which one you may think is worse, they were both epic clusterfucks. Vietnam also adds an extra terrible twist in the fact that many soldiers and Marines were drafted, while everyone is a volunteer these days. Though I suppose getting killed, crippled or maimed for a questionable cause when you volunteer is

Maybe a little bit too much with the makeup.
