oh no! :(
oh no! :(
That's not very modern.
the complaint doesn't really have anything to do with the music, if that helps.
This album is so fucking good. As someone who appreciates and enjoys lots of TPAB but also feels it's a little too pretentious/like he fully bought into his own hype, this feels like a gigantic return to form. And the production/mixing is absolutely killer.
"the camera, the frenemy of all three-dimensional heroes, is hardly ever a problem"
I am intensely excited for this show (and so grateful that once again this and The Leftovers are airing at the same time, which made for my all-time favourite TV-watching period at the end of 2015).
I like Toy Box. :(
I haven't read Saga since the fourth volume or so because I decided to save it until this HC was out and then binge it and the first one. It's been agonising but now it's almost here I'm very glad I chose this method. Never been good at the whole month-to-month thing.
tracks 2/3 are the only ones on this album I would consider really interesting musically, maybe give those a try? definitely agree that Honeybear has the better music.
Agreed with the review, I guess. The lyrics on this album are incredible, yet once I get past the first 4 tracks or so the music really does start to blend together. It's not exactly bad, just doesn't really hold my interest like the lyrics do.
Tried to talk to Oliver Sava about this on twitter and his replies basically gave me the impression that he really doesn't want to, even if AVC was to have the budget to pay for them. Which is a weird thing for a professional TV critic to say, tbh, but them's the breaks I suppose. https://twitter.com/bown/st…
Season 6 is the best one though?
How does he say the star? Does he have a bleep button?
An amazing final episode to an amazing show. But also a fantastic review that truly shows just how well the show works and how much you love it, Emily.
*Rapidly* approaching its end? Have you SEEN Cartoon Network's scheduling?
Do people still watch this show? Serious question.
This is a great article. Mine (done in opposite order as I already did this for facebook) mostly just shows that I love Linklater and the Coens:
Reminder that this judge is married to a lawyer who's firm represents Sony
You misspelled "Chuck Berry, who once put cameras in the women's bathrooms of a restaurant he owned", fyi
I'm very confused by this comment. Why would it be an issue?
