Careless pedestrians can kill themselves and other pedestrians around them. And autonomous cars are only as good as their sensors are. As soon as those sensors fail or are blocked in any matter, the car is no longer autonomous.

We need to force people to retake driver’s test every time people renew their licenses. And make emergency car control a mandatory test.
