Yup. The i3 is polarizing, for sure, but it’s a cohesive design with a purpose.

If an i3 owner thinks this is bad that really puts this monstrosity into perspective.

I mean, exhaust highlight stripes when there’s no exhaust, and massive grill when there’s no engine.

Uhm... WTF?! This monstrosity was already released onto the unsuspecting and undeserving public a while ago?! Torch (IIRC) already torched the horrible design and BMW already tried to justify themselves why this fugly blob (and all other new Bucktooth Beaver Bimmers) are so fucking fugly.

I really want BMW to succeed here, because the idea of an electric 5-series is super appealing to me and I would like them to make it one day. But good lord, this thing is hideous, and looks like 4 distinctly different cars from various angles - none of them good.

So the 3 series is the 4 door, and the 4 series is the 2 door, and i4 series is a 4 door and the i3 series is a hatchback. Got it.
