I’m not sure how I would punish him because I’m still sorting out parenting and don’t know back about teenagers, but I know we would hold him responsible for his actions. I would also be heartbroken. Parenting is hard, but I’m pretty sure my kids could do some extremely heinous shit and I’d still love them.

As a mother of two young sons I agree completely. If my son ever asked someone to do this or threatened to coerce a girl like this I would feel like I’ve failed as a parent. Note my boys are two and three but we already try to stress consent and boundaries and respect for others.
