This part is currently $17xx from any dealer, which is ridiculously expensive, but it's pretty clear he's getting hosed for a $1k markup

Perhaps Brooks Stevens? That is a somewhat educated guess. He collaborated with Jeep for 35 years, he is credited with over 3,000 industrial designs.

Hezbollah drone you say?

The Fisker would make a great halo car for Lincoln, and help build respect for their product (unless their respective Fisker components all fall apart over time).

You know what, you're right! You are in the extreme minority!(har har) I'll admit would find it amusing and a little bit clever as a $3,000 add-on to the gasoline version of the car... but to charge double is just ridiculous.

There aren't many cars in which the CEO will publicly berate you and label you a liar for breaking down...

meh...I'd rather have the Skyline that the same guy is advertising for $9k negotiable

ah..now also says he did not see them with his own eyes.

This guy's tweets are tagged at the finish line (so they are likely legitimate)...he says there were two suicide bombers...

I just used the Tesla "True Cost of Ownership" calculator for this car, and based on the numbers, They will basically be paying me* to drive it after the first 4,000 miles!

I think there would be a way to transfer forces when the lower cable breaks in order to snap the top one more easily. I didn't think they had a lower cable in this area, but I might be wrong. I pass through there regularly on trips up north, but never paid enough attention to the cables. As you get further north on

Despite the extra costs, they really need to add a second catch cable at one-half the height of the current cables. I don't know if cars will still squeeze through somehow, or break the lower cable anyway, but it is better than nothing.

Speaking of Slows, is this photo is taken in front of it...hence, the header photo?

Seconded, C4 drivers were powdercoating their cars before it was cool...

1st Gear - Re: dissolving the 2.5% car tariff - with the yen recently having been artificially weakened by the Japanese government, what a great time to make things a little more difficult on the US automakers!

Now playing

It's like when Seinfeld's mechanic stole his car because he wasn't taking good enough care of it...

Cool car, but for that price, I'd want a Lada Niva

WTF man...not cool. Also, he puts both the Ford Granada and Lincoln Versailles on the list? A bit too similar, no? I would have gone with the Versailles only

I strangely like the idea of Miata underpinnings with a Z3 nose, but the car has totally lost me with the carbureted 3.1 V6 - am I missing something? Is that considered desirable??

Will they all follow Henrik's lead, and immediately buy a Fisker at their local dealer? /harhar
