Better they went out while Abbey Road and Let it Be were still cool. You either quit while you’re ahead or you keep at it long enough to become self-parody”

They called that show Wishbone and it was on PBS.

I still miss Chi-Chis. We had a fast food one at our mall in town and a full sit down restaurant a few miles west. Still the best chips and salsa ever. And their hard shell tacos were amazing.

It’s honestly bothering me that Saoirse Ronan is not playing Elizabeth I. Her face is much more historically accurate in my mind. Robbie’s eyebrows are too “there.” Maybe it’s because I can’t separate Margot Robbie and tonya Harding right now and I am watching this thinking that Tonya Harding is playing the queen.

And all in one take! (According the IMDb trivia page with which I am obsessed)

This movie made me terrified and yet delighted as a kid when I realized we had a “scary German guy” on our block. Never asked him about monsters though. Regrets.

Exactly my same thought.

How do you expect those children to learn how to behave in public spaces without going anywhere? I’m guessing all the a-holes that don’t know how to act like adults in public are the same ones whose parents left them home and never took them in public to learn how to act in public.

But he had all the plates!

Oh how nice to meet you, person who does the exact same thing as I do.

All of those amazing leotards and giant bangs. What a great show that was.

“What do you do with André the Giant when he’s passed out drunk?”

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeees

CK Dexter Haaaa—ven! :hic:

Blind Melon Soup is one of my favorite albums of the 90s. It was a crying shame he died before they got huge. Or it’s not.

That song is great. The Cranberries are also the favorite band of Elton in Clueless. Ah, 1995.

This Christmas I made a Brussels Sprouts recipe that made them not taste of poo because of all the butter. Pound and a half of sprouts, soaked and chopped, sautéed in a pan with 1/4 cup butter, little salt, and the juice of half a lime. They don’t get super crispy but they sure do taste good.

I have been watching the series again since these reviews began, and while it has gotten oddly difficult to watch all of the terrible decisions the girls make, I do enjoy reading these and getting different perspectives.

My friend is the manager at that place! So yummy.

Ah the Sam Pomerantz scandal!
