I’d want to see the carfax, and that will weigh heavily, particularly considering it’s in Joy-Zee. But it it checks out, that’s one I’d go try and buy close to the ask....it’s a nice car really, and not a bad price.

COTD contender right there.
there’s NO chance this is not intentional language - Bill Ford is summoning something - could be interesting, could be a total bag of crap, could be both - much like all previous GLH denoted automobiles
Go Like Hell - did nobody recognize this Shelby reference? (foreshadowing as an element of suspense for you Hitchcock fans)
nothing in this tech is a substitute for getting off your dead ass and verifying the lights are working.
Minivan is the right answer, unless the right answer is Miata, considering this is Jalopnik’s What Car Should I Buy thread. And we’re both gonna get flamed for saying minivan.
Miata, because this is Jalopnik’s What Car Should I Buy
A towing primer about towing for noobs should not be written/edited by noobs. Crap like this makes the world more dangerous - for example - YOU HAVE TO GET OFF YOUR DEAD ASS AND ACTUALLY VERIFY THAT THE TRAILER LIGHTS ARE WORKING. I just know somebody is going to hit all those green YES buttons and think they’re…
that is literally the best possible use for this. Luminas were steaming piles of garbage new - they’re not better with stickers on them.
No, it makes for sad. Frankly, I’m getting aggravated with the increasing level of stupid.
nobody voting NP on this car is old enough to remember what a relative steaming pile these were compared to virtually any of the other steaming piles of the era. So much potential in these platform cars....just utterly garbage execution.
I like those trucks - and this peaked my interest - turns out the majority of the ‘bargain’ ones are former rentals - in the 1-3 year old, under 100K miles ones in the Chicago area. Former Livery vehicles makes up the rest of the ‘high value due to high depreciation’ units. Probably good cars to buy cash, but bad…
passing a semi in an old beetle at 80mph cannot actually happen, due to physics
is there something stronger than crack to put in that crack pipe?
RIP John - thanks for making our world a better place.
that’s actually bad. the original one in this article is totally badass.
You are dead wrong. This is cool as hell.
This is a perfect scenario for the ‘two vehicle’ approach. No one car does it all, so why try? Keep the Note (they have a purpose), and buy ANOTHER vehicle, probably a nice pickup truck, considering it’s Houston and he’s needing a bit of a macho-bump to ease the bruised ego.
a 4 door Camaro. cheap and nice...but get cpo, because as the dude below says, CUE is an ass sucker.
nah...not black - honda paint sucks, the primer is gray, and it will be roadrashed to hell in a year in Houston. White or silver....it’s also hot as hades there.
