Ability and Willingness are not the same thing - All people who pass a driving test are ABLE to not crash - only a portion of them are WILLING to behave to that ability.  Free will is a bitch.

right strategy, wrong timing, bud. the best way to value out of this car is with fire, but BEFORE spending the first dollar ‘fixing’.

the problem here is this - the person who will eventually buy this car is ill suited to owning it, and will learn a painful life lesson in naivete. It’s almost criminal to sell this car at that price point to someone who is dumb enough to buy it.
