You’re missing the fact that people are inherently selfish. They don’t WANT mass transit (for the most part). Sure, some do.....and sure, some have no other choice....but the majority prefer a more personal option.

Lyft’s nav and interface really sucks - Uber’s is much better. But it’s a simple button press for your driver to see your destination - it’s not like it’s gone

After 3 years of driving Uber on weekends - and I drive high end new model Lincolns that you MIGHT think people wouldn’t want to mess up - I’ll tell you this. Honda/Acura’s Nighthawk Black Pearl is actually Blue - can’t tell unless the sun is just right, then BAM! beautiful color, but a nightmare to own....super thin, chips ridiculously easily.

that SN95 mustang in your picture is WAAAAY better to drive with a shorty. banging knuckles on the dash, and the rubbery, imprecise texture of the OEM makes the $100 short throw the very first/best upgrade on the whole car.
