Eh, I'm definitely Team Scharpling, but PFT is too funny to deny. It's especially easy since I have no idea what happened so whatever side I pick is due to a lack of information anyway.

Glad to hear this. I listened to the PFT episode a few weeks back and Eddie was another guest I always enjoyed so I downloaded that one as well, but haven't listened.

The guest has to do a lot of the heavy lifting, but With Special Guest is generally good.

I also hate how anytime anyone has any sort of success the first thing people do is search their entire Twitter feed in search of "controversy." Young comedians make bad and tasteless jokes. That's what happens.

People really think Trump is going to be ousted by the time the next season starts? After everything we've seen?

Just like they never thought they'd need Baldwin to play Trump after November.

I seem to remember that this was indeed the case. Alan also gave Steve some work on his America's Best Comics.

Rick Perry is bad, but so many creeps have come along that are worse that he looks better in comparison.

I remember the first time they were on the show and she did that but it felt natural, like she just made weird faces while she played because she was concentrating. This time she just seemed to be doing it consciously.

Didn't it allegedly get cancelled because they made fun of the Kardashians too much?

There goes my plan to get rich by selling Eddie Deezen autographed photos.

Eh, I'm not saying it's a good show, but you've got to cut sitcoms some slack in areas like this. If scenes with the characters eating take out have become part of the shows fabric then they're going to keep doing them.

It's not like Alec Guinness did Star Wars because he felt a great connection with the material.

There's a curse that comes with being in bad TV shows, yeah.

But LIFE IN PIECES ruins the curve by actually being good.

I don't think POWERLESS was actively bad, just not good enough that anyone would be that interested in watching every week.

Wasn't there talk of doing a Damage Control TV show? Seems like this failing would kill that idea dead.

I even like Vanessa Hudgens. I liked everyone, but it just wasn't very funny.

Probably not, but for a chance at a million bucks he might give it a try.

That was my first thought. I won't be at all surprised to see him on an upcoming season.
