It's worth understand who these ads are targeting before passing judgment.

For me it's about the best-of-breed services that WP7 integrates.

Only thing I miss about dumping the Googleverse is Tasks. Nothing seems to come close to the simplicity and ease. Everything else that Google does, somebody does better.

@vladdybear: I've not seen Verizon try to use it. Their commercials play on the phrase: "There's a map for that."

The more likely story is Microsoft has no idea how many apps will be available at launch.

@seanpat12: They've already got Waypoint, but I don't think that's what you mean :P

@Subliminal Bukkake: Not sure what you mean here. Microsoft has said copy & paste will be early 2011 and CDMA handsets in the first half of 2011. It sounds like C&P could hit before Verizon has WP7 handsets. Then again, both features could be delivered in the same update.

@zepants: emoticon button *might* be part of the WP7 spec. Not certain on that one.

@hcho321: It's not a fault of CDMA. It is what it is. I've waited this long for WP7, what's another 6 months?

@hcho321: Sprint isn't getting a phone until 2011.

@Super Happy Hats!: Sprint isn't getting that handset shown above until 2011. CDMA isn't supported at the OS level yet.

@BigChiefSmokem: From what I've gathered it's been renamed to the Venue Pro— shown above.

@DGTLHRT: No CDMA handsets until 2011. I believe "first half" of 2011 is as specific as they've been.

The side profile looks a bit off to me, but otherwise I like it!

Well that name won't last long... :P

@lordargent: I think a little something is lost when you contrast a day old OS release with one that is nearly a decade and two full versions outdated... :P

But! But! How am I going to order pizza and have it delivered by motor scooter?!?

@Joonas Tepp: You can do sit ups day in and out but if you don't find a way to get your body fat to around 6%, you'll never see the difference.
