I read this morning that facebook has been awarded a patent on social apps that provide location 'check-ins'. Hopefully it was a defensive move and doesn't become offensive, but there's always the chance....

I think the Outlook keyboard shortcut profile is brilliant. I mastered those shortcuts long ago. Now I use them wherever I use email.

Points don't do it for me. I have a Speedy Rewards card and have never spent a point in the 5 years I've had it. Occasionally I get a free drink or a couple cents off a gallon just for swiping it. Other than that, it's just habit.
