It was still pretty funny.

The creators of the show have explicitly stated that the point of the show is that Armageddon needed to happen in order for Phil to redeem his worst qualities. To that end, the character will gradually become a better person, though YMMV on the pace of that change. Given that aim of the show, it's extremely unlikely

Watch at least the first two and the last one episodes of season one, and then from the beginning of season two, and you'll be fine.

I agree, which is why I said that their salaries were probably opposite what the calculator said. I was deliberately conservative on my estimate to demonstrate that even with an average salary based on their careers, they'd easily afford that baby.

I don't know. Sheldon has quite the collection of t-shirts, and Howard has been shown to be irresponsible with money, for buying things like a 3D printer.

One other factor: Sheldon, Penny, and Leonard live at 2311 N Los Robles Ave, Pasadena, CA 91104 (or 215 South Madison Avenue, based on satellite imagery used in the show), but has it been determined where Raj's apartment, or the Wolowitz house are? I'm sure the free house would offset any major cost-of-living

His being the only Asian on the show is part of the cringe factor. As the only Asian, he has the burden of representation. So when he's the worst at relationships by far then it perpetuates the stereotype of the non-sexualized Asian male.

It's been a few years too. Maybe she's become more comfortable in social situations in the time since we last saw her too.

Okay, so I finally watched this after avoiding spoilers since Sunday night.

Would that hold true for fraternal twins though?

I'm wondering if he left that other billboard to Tampa up. That could mean that Mike drives all the way to Tuscon, then turns around and heads to Tampa, only to find either nothing, or people who saw the same billboard.

Since the worm Phil Miller was named after Mike's brother, it's not exactly a stretch. That's like saying Forrest Gump wouldn't have named 12 shrimp boats "Jenny."

The news also said that NASA only carried him out of the capsule to preserve his body's condition for the experiments they wanted to conduct. So, he probably could have climbed out himself, but it also probably wouldn't have been as easy as Mike Miller's escape. Maybe Mike was just a powerhouse on the ISS treadmill.

There are a couple of things I always share when the economics of Star Trek comes up. One is this article:

This was my first episode of Blackish, though I watched all of The Carmichael Show's first season when it aired, appreciated its nuanced take on a variety of issues, and look forward to its second season.

I was scared for both W and Obama. I voted for both, though by 2004, I had soured on Republicans for the most part. But I watched the 2001 inauguration from my college dining hall. At the time I was just right of center, but I went to film school. Even if I was more liberal, like I am now, I would have been

Economic inequality is nowhere near enough, that's true. But it's probably an equally important part of the problem. Both need to be a part of the solution, though neither candidate perfectly solves both.

There are two things in particular that give me pause on her record regarding racial justice:

I still have that fear. As his presidency has gone on, I've ticked off milestone dates that I thought psychopaths might use in their nefarious deed (usually anniversaries of previous assassinations, or numbers of days into administrations comparable to past assassinations) and sighed with relief as they passed
