Superman and The Flash are so overpowered, it must be difficult to write stories with them without reducing or omitting powers from time to time...

The engine (at least in Skyrim) doesn’t support changing the files in the data directory once it is running. During a loading screen the game is still executing.

There was that project for Skyrim, but it was abandonned because you can’t change textures on the fly in the Gamebryo/Creation Engine.
