It's worth seeing. Note that I'm not saying it's worth seeing because I think it's a great movie, per se. Just that it's kind of an amazing cinematic moment, and it's fun to marvel at the cast it assembled and the way they individually approach the material.

Pistols at dawn, sir! Pistols at dawn.

I think the "charismatic" is up for grabs (it's a subjective thing, obviously), but what I think a lot of people like about him is that he went from "government Suit who just bugged people about paperwork" in IM, to "unflappable guy who deals with crazy people/circumstances". HOW IS STAR BLAZERS NOT POLLING HIGHER?????

No lie, Hong Kong Phooey has been stuck in my head for like 40 years.

The first time I heard it, it was so puzzling, because there was no car nearby that someone was just leaving. Then when it repeated

Opossums can get surprisingly ungodly huge.

*sigh* I would give so much for a proper version of TWWW.

Word is that he's going to have TWO suits in the movie. The suit you see in the image above, with the round chest piece and silver/grey elements on it, is a "space" suit. Allow that and the plot possibilities to percolate in your mind for a bit.

If what you're seeing advertised "everywhere" is the superhero movies, that really just means two things. One: that the studios making the superhero movie are advertising the heck out of them. Two: that you are willfully overlooking advertising for other movies... possibly because you're irritated by the superhero
