Is this a late April fools joke? This looks like a four-seater F Type with a photoshopped Maserati grill and port holes.

“If it is your commuter car, you’d better have a 40Amp+ charger in your garage or dedicated parking space.”

The problem with EV charging is you have almost no idea how long it will take. Whereas with a gas station, your max filling time is probably 10 min. per car. But really closer to 5 min per car. If we were even at 20% new cars as EV sales, public charging would be an absolute nightmare.

Is it just me, or did anyone else see the “hood open” picture as the car was somehow buried in a tree?

Maybe? F1 cars are designed from the ground up to be F1 cars - but they also are *highly* regulated as to what can and can’t be done - “formula libre” it is NOT. This isn’t regulated at all, it’s not even street legal. It has 50% more power (albeit with much more weight too), is AWD, and may very well have more

Saw my first Cyber truck in on the road last week and they do get noticed; noticed in the same way some tweaker is wandering around shouting at clouds

if i were going 100k and no porsche, i would feel like Emira is the right answer:

Corvettes are only considered exclusive to guys who own Corvettes.

I am looking at the Evora GT myself, prices are coming down nicely. You are guaranteed exclusivity. It’s never boring. (Emira if you want some newer tech)

Why would Hunter Biden’s laptop do this to Detroit?

I cant watch the video at work, but unmarked car and police in street clothes (which is what it sounds like these cops were from the article) cannot expect to be treated like cops when they run up on people.

The inside looks like a 15 year old designed it. Outside as well.

adaptive cruise control - life changing.  for the better part of 20 years I never used cruise control on highways because it was always an on-off thing.  now I set it where I want to be, let the car handle when traffic builds, and then jet back on my way when it clears up.

That back seat doesn’t look very roomy at all. Since these will all be on the same platform, my guess is that’s how Toyota may create some more separation between all these TNG-F SUVs.

At this point, it’s CarPlay. I don’t want to use the manufacturer Nav, or messaging, or phone call apps, or music apps, or satellite radio (that’s still a thing right?) or any of the other built in wanna-be apps. My phone does all of those things, requires no learning curve because I use it all day anyway, is more

I’d be happy to give him $6,500 for it.

Toyota set the bar so low that it was sitting on the ground when it came to styling the current 4Runner. I really didn’t think they could do worse but here they are, shovel in hand. Doing worse.

The interior shot looks like a coffin

I’ve not bought thousands, maybe tens of thousands of items, in the time since I bought my Tesla. But FSD remains by far the non-purchase I feel the most good about.

Hear me out here: buy a Jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaag.
