Looked again, looks like you’re right, and it was ‘92 they replaced them in North America.

If you’re gonna get one, go all out. V12, convertible, low miles, looks to be well maintained. I’m going NP, not only because of those things, but because I’ve always wanted one.

The Little Debbie muffins on the passenger floorboards of the Civic R are really what makes that whole ad for me.

i guess this is the point where i apologize for not including ‘/s’ at the end of my post?  sigh

You can do a right click->Copy Image on most images and then paste. It looks like it’s double pasted (for me, at least), but one goes away when you publish.

The “insert picture” button doesn’t work, but if you have a link directly to the image, you can just paste it into your comment and it’ll automatically embed.

This is true (and I almost mentioned that in my first post). It clearly has shorter overhangs than a RAV4, but at best that puts it at roughly the same size.

It’s really cool but it also still has a longer wheelbase than a modern RAV4, so it’s not exactly “little”.

Holy shit. Rivian is the new AMC.

People on here give Nissan and Infiniti too much shit. They talk of the glory days of the 90's. Well guess what, Nissan did almost go bankrupt in the late 90's. If it wasn’t for Renault, they probably would have. Their product lineup in the USA is a bit stale, but good enough, as their sales year over year are an

Yea, and money was cheap, and investors were willing to get in. The same cannot be said at this time in the EV startup space. That industry segment has evaporated so much capital in the past 4 years that I think a lot of investors are a bit gun shy now.

Very light pressure on the gas peddle when you see the situation coming up stops that from happening. I know that defeats the purpose of the Adaptive Cruise Control, but sometimes you need to.

Well the good news is that Mazda adaptive cruise is entirely consistent at failing the “bend to the left while a big truck is in the lane to your right” use case, so I just proactively jump in before it tries to murder me again.

The silver lining of this is that by making a car that will be repulsive to their current fan base because it’s not a Hemi V8, and then choosing to advertise it in a way that is repulsive to most people actually interested in EVs, they are setting themselves up for a third customer base: People super excited to buy a

I was genuinely kinda interested in the new Charger, and after this ad... man, I dunno. Even if he’s just spewing a bunch of crap that he doesn’t believe in to try and entice the MAGA crowd, it’ll still wind up basically making this the automotive form of a MAGA hat. I wouldn’t wanna been seen in one.

Yeah I wonder how they will get to the ‘electric cars take six days to charge, the battery only lasts two years and they have a 50 mile range’ folks

When he says “brotherhood” I keep hearing the word “Aryan” in front of it.

I hate these “used luxury car X is the same price as normal car Y” comparisons.

Will it be cheaper if I order without the small dick-energy air horn exhaust?

am I the only 1 who prefer 2-door coupe ??
