To this I’d like to add that when you’re breaking the lug bolts or lug nuts loose on the flat tire before you jack it up, if they are tight it can be tempting to step up onto the wrench and use your body weight to break them loose. Don’t do that. Your angle will be bad and you can strip it and then it’s tow truck time.
