the new car battery market might actually love it.

people are still buying and eating shitloads of hamburgers every day, i don’t think anyone buying a used Hertz rental is going to make a big deal about this.

we will get or not get herd immunity whether we trace it or not. it’s likely that our govt will ignore everything but the death counts, and only retrigger a shut down if the deaths increase to whatever they decide is an unacceptable level above the ~2300/day that we saw on lockdown.

every once in a while i get a Fiesta. i like them to rent too, but i would hate to be an owner and have to deal with that terrible transmission that US cars got. it’s too bad you can’t rent a car with a manual transmission here.

unfortunately, the Prius kit reduces the MPG to 9.

Great condition, but the time for this body style’s appreciation is yet to come. Or maybe it never will. Either way, this Radwood-inflated price just doesn’t apply to this vehicle. I think it would sell at $6500, but still not to me.

Yeah I’m tired of these paid protestors complaining about how broken the site is every day that they don’t fix the broken site.

The Rogue is not the problem. It’s the third best selling CUV in the world, right behind the RAV4 and the CR-V. Spending a billion on Rogue development would see diminishing returns and be a terrible waste of capital. Nissan is not in a position to take on Toyota or Honda. If Nissan can’t find a way to make a profit

the only reason i’m not buying this today at asking is that my family would destroy it in a month.

yeah, i’ve driven a lot of them. absolutely the best car you can rent. for 35 bucks a day i mean.

from the back they look like a Cube’s dad.

yeah but the theory is if you make some cool cars, people will buy more of your dull ones.

a CVT is basically a big rubber band wrapped tightly around two cones. with high horsepower, the rubber band starts slipping and it burns up and the car doesn’t go anywhere, it all sucks. it’s best for a lighter car with a less powerful engine.

yep. the exterior is startlingly ugly and the dash looks like the front of a boom box.

NP because i think it will sell at that price. but i would not be the one to buy it. i do want to own a Lotus someday for a little while, but i think the Europa is the only ugly car Lotus ever made.

Also suitable for taking grandma to Mass.

Nope. It’s a byproduct of meat production. It's needed for beer and soda.

And if it’s not in the testing documents it would surely be in the test car’s internal logs. That's the only way Musk could be making such a specific claim, really.

yeah, i hear you. but i mean, you also sound like my wife.

i think now that we have a baseline of about 2300 deaths a day with a lockdown, the numbers would have to get substantially worse than that to re-trigger it.
