Yep. After rtfa, I realized that. There's way too many headlines here that do the same thing. I wouldn't be an abberation.

After 5 seconds, this is all pointless really. Great your car goes up to highway speed in a couple seconds from a standstill. You don’t need anything more than 6 or 7 seconds 0-60 on the street. Any way, who goes from 0-60 anyway outside of a race. No one, thats who.
This proves yet again that Moto 3 is some of the best motorcycle racing anywhere!
I think that makes sense. But I don’t think your idea is going to get any traction any time soon.
Funny you post that, but even Jeremy Clarkson said on Top Gear the Ferrari F12 had a bit too much power.
All Caps was something that bothered me for the longest time on things like this, until i took engineering. engineering lettering has become my primary form of writing, the only difference being the size of the capital letters, and its an industry standard. no one uses lower case letters when writing.
It’ll be innovative in the same way that a masturbating sex robot is. People will watch it once for the sheer novelty, and then immediately get bored. There’s no point watching something where the participants are unable to enjoy the pleasure of their actions.
For me, sports without a human element are uninteresting. But I guess if people watch dog races or other dumb stuff, they’ll also watch Robo racing. They’ll be sorry once the robots realize their exploitation and come for revenge tho.
Couldn’t be more correct. The issue isn’t humans, it’s rules, that's why seemingly F1 cars are getting slower (in comparison to the mid 2000s era). His Indy example is a unique one, but it's not realistic for most racing, generally woul wouldn't be sustaining the Gs for as long as you do on an oval.
There is no problem with innovation. There is a problem with ass-backwards and counterintuitive regulations.
Compared to your average sized modern car, it’s still small. Compared to my 1998 sedan, it’s massive. Cars in general have gotten yuuuuuuge.
I think the question is, what’s wrong with two?
I’m just waiting for people to realise that the rampant feature bloat isn’t worth the trouble and that we’ll see simple cars again that are cheap and easy to repair. But it’ll probably never happen.
Dude, it’s Foxtrot Alpha... It’s a sub-blog that gets shared to the front page of all of Gawker Media. Do you post comments like this when Jezebel, Sploid or Deadspin get shared to Jalopnik???? If you didn’t want to read it then DON’T CLICK the link.
Yup. A 10k bike is as fast as a 200k car and feels twice as fast.
Try driving something with only two wheels and your feet inches from the ground that cuts that time in half.
Friend, as someone who got drug in to trying it by a woman I was briefly interested in, let me assure you you’re not missing a damn thing. And I have no idea what the fuck I need some horse shit special app for so you can send me pictures of your goddamn food anyway.
I agree, though many of these classics (especially the ones that get destroyed) are actually basket cases that get dolled up to look good on camera for a few seconds from a distance.
...most negative comment today. Go sit in the corner, and don’t come back until you can name 5 things that give your life joy.
Don’t care, still going.
