Why, how? From a purely objective standpoint, they only reason to require people to pay a monthly fee is 1) to pay for maintenance costs and 2) to provide constant fresh content. If every player migrated to a free server, it would mean people didn’t care enough about 2 and 1 would be irrelevant.

They would never pay the subscription in the first place. They deliberately joined a server running the oldest version of WoW available. There’s no reason to think that they would be playing the retail version if they couldn’t play Vanilla. They want to play Vanilla and only Vanilla.

I have to say as an NYC rider/commuter who rides within the law and with courtesy (who also puts up with a lot of shit and near misses from cars daily), the NYPD has been out in full force harassing ALL 2 wheel riders the past couple months.

I have only owned and daily driven manual cars and a motorcycle since I got my license. There are many days in that time period that I wished i had an auto. Though, the positives I get from driving a manual and riding my motorcycle outweigh my hate for sitting in traffic with a sore leg.. sometimes.

It’s affordable for people who are solidly middle class or above. For the working class, not so much, but I think an electric car will be less practical for a lot of working-class families anyway.
