Story time! Do the right thing. One of our senior developers was touting the benefits of “CodeLanguageX” and how the way we’re coding things now at our workplace is outdated. I agreed with them, but when you have code checkins from 2001, switching code language is impractical. I challenged him to prove to the rest of

I stopped wearing watches back in 1999 when my metal watch band started scratching up my laptop wrist rest area and when I decided I could look at the front screen of my Samsung SGH-2400 flip phone to get the time. And having owned every iPhone since the 3G, I still don’t have a need for something on my wrist

Those images weren’t intended for the public.

Where are the air conditioning vents and how do you adjust the angle of the air coming out?

I’m glad they didn’t do round corners... I often stand my iPhone 5S up on its side edge to be able to see it from across the room. The SE is just what I was hoping for, including making the camera lens not protrude, whew! If they went with the iPhone 6 design with the protruded camera lens, I’d have gotten upset.

I don’t have that problem with Chrome nor Firefox.

I’ve been a web developer since IE 4.0 back before the year 2000. Then came IE5 with all its promises also containing the word “finally” “this time” “will fix x” - Fool me once, shame on you. IE6 Fool me twice, shame on you. IE7 Fool me thrice, shame on you. IE8 Fool me four times, shame on you. IE9 Fool me five

I’m a smaller iPhone hold-out. I’ve got my cash in hand ready to replace my 5S with an updated 4" iPhone as soon as it’s available.

Now that my iPhone 5S battery is nearly 2 years old, I have to be mindful of my apps. I use Waze to pick the quickest route to and from work, but I always make a point to quit Waze when I arrive.

When it first came out, I bought an iPhone 6, used it for 2 weeks, went back to my iPhone 5S. I’m excited for a new 4" iPhone!

60Mph club, anyone? anyone??? ;)

We happened to be at Universal Studios Hollywood on Feb 12th, and they had a “surprise” soft opening. Much fun was had by all!

YO DAWG, I heard you like to learn stuff.

Google Photos still beats all. Even though the fingerprint vault protection is a neat feature, one of the top-top-topmost policies in my household is to never take a photo you wouldn’t want your grandmother to see. It’s simply not worth the risk, especially with all the cloud-based communications happening on our

Thanks! I wasn’t too happy about how “busy” my Win10 start menu has become. This would fix things, and fix it for free.

Just thought I’d post this here for future posterity. These funny coincidences don’t happen often:

I used to be chronically (heh) late. But, 14 years ago, a mentor I respect made an important observation that I haven’t forgotten after all these years: My habitual lateness was a passive-aggressive way of fighting against time itself. I was always late on purpose to somehow “stick it” to the clock, to show it that I

Saw OP’s comment. Thought to myself, “whatta brown-noser”. Then got curious, clicked on your name and realized I, too, have read every one of your articles. So, what I’m saying is... Nice work :)

I respectfully disagree with this article’s “research” ... but who am I to stand in the way of science?

those swagways are so fetch right now.
