The two things I think could be improved:

It's 2011, javascript is here to stay. what is this "accessibility" you mention? What modern browser doesn't support javascript? I'm asking this in earnest, since I thought the "has to work with javascript off" argument had ended years ago.

@bloknayrb: i think the bezel on the current iPad is the right size as well. It keeps me from accidentally tapping the edge of the screen.

I, too, had the coffee cup lid germ-o-phobia moment this past week while at the airport getting coffee. However, I realized that if you just put the lid normally on the counter nothing that will touch your lips or your drink will ever touch the counter anyway.
