@iDon't even: no he doesn't have the dexterity to use a netbook. The ipad's capacitive touch screen and small footprint makes it so he can actually get his arm positioned easily to use it. The last plane we were on, the flight attendants gave us an add-on seatbelt for our baby. You put your seatbelt through the add-on seatbelt and then fasten your seatbelt. Then the add-on has its own buckle that you fasten to your baby.
