To me, the graphics are great on the Wii U. Sure they're not frostbite capable, but they're good looking, as you can see from Mario Kart 8 gameplay.

On the contrary, you'd appreciate the graphics way more through movement rather than sitting still, as you would notice low res textures that make up some objects in the game.

Not considering the coding, sure. The RGB color model that most rendering APIs work with emit light as opposed to absorbing light like paint does.

I don't agree with Tim Sweeney's statement. What would make a great impact would be a type of nervous system interface that Palmer Luckey mentioned himself. Virtual reality is too limited.
