Oh, she’s beautiful! I do prefer her look more slender, but there ought to be plenty of room for her in Hollywood at the heaviest I’ve seen her in the pics Google pulled up.
Because, see, I haven’t heard of her, making her not a great exemplar. Who do we think currently fills this role?

She can do vulnerable, and she can do powerful. Surely that’s useful to Hollywood somewhere!

As a young man, Sting gave a couple great performances within a limited bandwidth that I just loved.
I think he’s still got that in him if he wants it.

Seems like Linda Cardellini is back, and that’s a good thing.

Le Sigh. Would a Freaks & Geeks reunion movie set in the mid-nineties be a bad thing? I should not hope for that, right?

To go along with Winona up there (whose return I heartily endorse), how about Bridget Fonda?
She’s good and has some range, is a real pro, and remains incredibly beautiful past 50. There’s got to be a niche for that. Or maybe I just wish there was.

Ew.

Anna Torv is really way to good to leave fallow. In Fringe she gave one of those performances that I started out thinking sucked, only to realize that this was what good acting looks like when you’ve got a certain type of character who’s very under-represented.

She’s been pretty great in several small roles over the last few years. She’s had bigger roles is a few things, but even though I am interested I haven’t seen them. Like everybody else.

He hasn’t had as much success as I would like, but his career keeps plugging along at about the same level, so would we call it a “comeback”?

Many medications used to treat serious mood and mental disorders have weight gain as a side-effect. Based on his behavior and reports of what it was like to work with him, I think he’s trying to address his problems and it’s costing him.

She used to be my go-to for “Hollywood Ugly.” As in, “You know beauty standards in media are messed up when Janeane Garafalo is always cast as the unattractive friend.”

What’s the scoop?

Here’s another question about movies from games:

Alternatively, you could write write a really compelling original story set within a compelling world already created by a game. I could very easily see this happening in Destiny, for instance: The story of a Hunter just awoken, who bands together with a Warlock and a couple Titans. They cut their teeth on a bounty or

I think it’s both of these reasons.
X-Men comics still drive a lot of Marvel sales, but there has been a mandate to dampen down the infiltration of mutants into every corner of 616.
Since FF comics weren’t making money, there’s no incentive to keep it going that might counterbalance the urge to cut off Fox’s idea spigot

I think we’re talking about a very ceremonial role in “Queen of Naboo.” Not Prime Minister.

That first quote block is just... an incomprehensible mess of important-seeming cliches.
Oh, right. Zach Snyder.

Holy crap. I hadn’t watched that because I’m so uninterested in the source material, but... that was awesome.

I’m not seeing how she’d be in the military in any case, but that’s not really a WWI stereotype... more a pre 21st century stereotype.
