lol... too true.
Why are almost all of these better than what we actually got?
Agreed- the best of a very good bunch.
Not understanding, but I'm legendarily bad at that according to my man-loving friends and associates. Basically, the appeal of anyone short of Matt Damon makes me scratch my head. Homeless hipsterism leaves me particularly baffled. And yet I was still surprised to read your endorsement.
But killing a character every other other episode has been so effective the last couple seasons! That hasn't gotten old!
My point was that they thought more like artists, and applied that to the sciences. But fine- Da Vinci, Audubon, Hedy Lamarr. The Dalai Lama is contributing significantly to neurology by having his monks meditate for scientist who measure their brain activity.

The Smallville photos look alarmingly like my small town in Eastern Iowa. I love all the small details, and the lack of sentimentality or sylization. Really? Rory looks good to you like that?
The military is a major exception, but the problem there is that media doesn't want to realistically show what happens with such big groups of such young people crammed together under impossible stress.
Exactly. I like to give the higher and lower functions each their due. Otherwise I find that the neglected one backlashes on me ;^)
Yes, it does.
