I made an account just to tell you I have that very lime jello, mayo, and cottage cheese “salad” in my fridge right now! It’s a recipe that my grandmother cut out of a Reader’s Digest about 60 years ago. She died 16 years ago. Making it makes me feel like she is still with me.
