“West Virgine”...looks like someone’s been watching Borat lol

Everyone should read/watch Maison Ikkoku.  Absolute masterpiece

I would highly recommend Pokemon Picross on the 3ds. It’s free-to-play but, for me at least, it was well worth the $30 or so I spent to unlock everything.
Also, I find that most of the time it’s borderline impossible to figure out where I messed up when a puzzle isn’t working out.  It’s overall easier to just start

Can I just say--I’m so glad Kotaku is bringing the fish back!

I wonder if he read “Detective” and his brain automatically thought “Detective Pikachu”

There’s a similar sidequest (err...substory, sorry) in Yakuza 3!

That’s good to hear!  I’m towards the end of the Akiyama section and he’s pretty cool.  I miss Kiryu-chan though (I know he shows up later).

Working through the Yakuza series, currently on Y4. I have a feeling I’ve already experienced the high points of the series, but it’s still good fun.

good catch!  thanks.

Wait, this is the only (speedrunning) glitch found in *any* Quintet game?  Wow!

Am I the only one that’s confused and slightly concerned about the “spices” in Slowpoke’s body?

Agreed, but at least it gave us this mashup

Seven numbered games? Excuse me.
Though, to be fair, Kiryu is the protag in 7 of them

I’ve always been a fan of super short, to-the-point apologies. No need to explain or contextualize. Just apologize and commit to changing your behavior.  That’s all anyone really wants.

Huh, tbh I’ve never once been annoyed with SMG1's motion controls.  Flying on the bird in Galaxy 2, on the other hand... :(

A while ago on a video games podcast I listen to (Castle Super Beast, if you’re at all interested), they made the point that new Shenmue games don’t make sense in a post-Yakuza world. If you want that kind of immersive, small-scale environment, just play Yakuza.

I think Galaxy 2 is a good game—perhaps even great. But I also feel like I’m one of the only people out there who unequivocally prefers Galaxy 1 over 2.

I don’t understand, even somewhat, why 3D Allstars would be limited time.  Can you elaborate a bit?  Thanks.

Thanks for the info!!

Is the game digital only, or is there a retail version?
