It was when his mother started showing up regularly. The disrespect toward Mindy that he tolerates from her was not cool and was a huge warning sign.

I really like him. His interaction with Michaela Watkins is great. I don’t know how they did it, but Casual really got a good cast.

I actually sincerely hope - and strongly predict - that Mindy and Danny break up and the show goes into the highs and lows of trying to successfully co-parent with someone you used to be in love with. There’s just NO way this show is going to have her continue to be a stay-at-home mom...not because that choice is…

I think the show broke cardinal rule when it comes to relationships between people with sexual tension. New Girl made the same mistake with Nick & Jess. Brooklyn 99 is doing it as well with Jake & Amy. Moonlighting curse is real and I dont care what anyone says. The quality of the program goes drastically down…

I don’t see the silly, bawdy comedy as a distraction like some people are saying. It’s hilarious and after all it’s a sitcom. I love comedy and like someone else noted, the one-liners are absolute gems. I see the drama and the realistic scenarios interwoven into the comedy as the real (and IMO amazingly clever)…

Totally worth watching, IMO. And yes, start at the beginning!

Yeah those aren’t cool. But I do get the sense that she paints as someone who is very sure in his ways and wants to make Mindy better, I think he even says it in one of the episodes. Like, the end goal, he wants her to be happy and he thinks she’ll be happier if she just goes his way, but that is his flaw in the end.…
