Well, saw the movie. I understand why some decisions were made, but I’m also disappointed as many of these choices aren’t doing justice to important themes.

From the description, it also appears that Alia isn’t born yet, during the events of this movie, and this was not the case. Alia was taken alive/captured in the same raid that killed Paul’s first son.

Checking the IMDb cast list, there is no ‘Harah’, and I think that sort of omission is the sort that weakens the story. Like Jessica served as the template to help understand the Bene Gesserit, Harah was your narrative proxy in understanding the Fremen. She was the character that introduced much of Fremen culture…
