As a frequent renter, I definitely feel that gripe. I think I’ve just gotten so accustomed to figuring out the different set ups that I am used to each brand pretty quick. Exactly this. My company is subject to federal DOT testing rules, so basically everyone is subject to those rules, regardless of the state they live in. Executives should be subject to the same drug testing requirements (then they might change).
