Agreed on Dr Doom. They need to take a hint from Phase 1 and let the big bad simmer for a bit while the characters develop some more. They could have movies that are happening “simultaneously” within the universe as an easy hand wave for why characters are stuck performing on their own instead of making them operate

Which is another good analogy to real world security. Even a good system can quickly crumble to basic collusion.

This tiny hot rod has four wheels and a seat, what more could you need?

That’s the joke. AV Club basically doesn’t review anything anymore. They talk about other people’s reviews.

My thought too. I guess it’s Jalopnik death day.

Hey now, it’s also about free prison labor. Could get a lot of that from all our DUIs, if those DUIs didn’t also include police, judges, & politicians.

They also got more expensive where I live. Often ~$6 for those little 1.25 qt containers.

To be fair, who knows if a reboot is even a real possibility. All we know for sure is that he isn’t actively trying to make a bad choice.

Our regulations & enforcement for DUIs (honestly all driving infractions in general) are garbage. People are allowed to keep their licenses & simply pay fines (or maybe get a few months suspension at worst) for major speeding, drunk driving, reckless driving, and/or causing roadway accidents. It basically takes a

No, it’s a ploy towards basic market monopolies. While the billionaires would love to own everything, realistically, they can only own major pieces of markets, since they keep fighting with each other to own everything. There’s nothing one-nation-world-illuminati-masons-etc about it, it’s just how basic unmitigated

Cars don’t have to “pass” crash tests to get sold here. They can be poor in every rating and then sent right to the dealer lots.

I was hoping there would be a chart somewhere that shows how many BEVs have simply started existing in the last 5 years. I wouldn’t be shocked if there was well over 800% growth in the just having the options available.

The biggest thing is simply that the non-Tesla BEV market exists on a global scale and includes established automakers now. Tesla is still dominating the market and I think they’re even doing extremely well when you micro compare model to model, since they have so few models compared to bigger brands while dominating

He seems to be silently making his way into the always at least a decent watch’ category. I don’t know of any of his things that really pop for me to rewatch a few times, but I also don’t know of anything the last several years that I disliked by any measure.

This makes me wonder if Disney should pivot to using the TV shows to tell smaller, isolated character stories totally independent of the MCU. All different actors, even if using the same characters. If any story line in the TV shows really pops with fans, they could use for those characters in movie. So double dip on

When I get work rentals for big groups, the Expedition is a favorite of mine. I rather like them when it comes to getting a crew to different job sites. I actually wanted one when were last shopping, but ultimately just couldn’t stomach the cost of entry into those things versus my expectation of Ford quality.

as the automaker shut its factory down for expansion and delayed truck delivery for “quality checks.”

He’d do it because of a twitter poll. Elon is the exact kind of boss where I’d start a union push to get as much protection as possible before some meme inspires him to fire my entire department.

Companies do that anyways. If marginal increases in labor or safety are all it takes to get a company to build a plant in another country, they are already planning to make that move.

Our roads are close enough to battle bots. May as well go full send on it.
