I’m almost curious how things will work out in prison for him. I assume he’s too dark for the prison nazis to accept him while he also gets rejected by any minority group because of his proud boys leadership. It may take until that second month of getting traded like currency.

I’ve seen it a few times now, but I still also question whether any season can honestly be considered abnormal for celebrity divorce. Famous people splitting seems more like the norm

The good news is that the Atlantic current would eventually get him his corpse close-ish

Did Marlett knock the kid unconscious? All we know is that he spanked the boy, and then he hit his head hard enough to lose consciousness. Could have been a coincidence.

To be fair to PGP, I’d feel that way about literally any police organization in the country on something like this. So it is more of a comment about how American police are able to get away with abusing their authority as whole.

1st gear - has anything changed about the design of airbags in the last 10ish years? It seems like a bunch of cars from the 90s on start lasting much longer than previous generations, but basically all of the airbags from 1990-20?? still need to be replaced. Should we just assume that needs replaced on basically

That was originally the appeal. Go far enough from civilization that you can basically do whatever debauchery you enjoy, and it is unlikely to make it back to civilization. It may be worth moving now that the influencers and cameras have made their way in, but it does help ensure that you really have to want to be

Hasn’t there been a recall that included the Escape, Maverick, and Bronco Sport? I initially though the Maverick & Bronco Sport would be the safest options of the new Ford rollouts of late, since they were so heavily based on an existing platform. Ford made sure that didn’t happen though.

Didn’t he have a big anti-masking rant at a concert mid-covid? Or was that the replacement?

People frequently treat the frontage roads the same as the highway in Texas. Could have easily been going 60+ without being the fastest car on the frontage. Booze and/or opiates could still be true though.

Burning man got gentrified. Not sure people even try to pretend it’s anything but an excuse to have sandy drug sex.

For the handful of flights I took this summer, people were surprisingly good about keeping the shades closed pretty much the whole time on all of them. The only people I recall opening them were young children.

If someone thinks anti-racism is a “contested concept,” it sounds like they’re pre-emptively suing before they get fired for doing racist stuff.

It’s been a while since I looked into it, but their biggest issues were the first gen CVT (which was in 2003) and then with the higher power 6 cylinder engines after that. Since the mid-2010s, I don’t think it has been as much of an issue though

The back and middle seats in most 3 row SUVs all fold flat and even with the trunk now. It is much higher than a minivan, but it’s pretty standard for everything to fold flat the last few years. Honda brought the removable middle seat to the new Pilot this year, but I think that’s the only one who does it.

Some factories have been operating on overtime the last few months to backlog inventory. I would assume they focused on those same high trim/high margin vehicles in order to make them the only ones available to the market.

A sign would be amazing. I fly about 10 times a year and the airports change a lot. Different airports have different requirements on shoes, belts, laptops, and stuff like that. Would make life easier if I can get ready while in line, like a drive through.

Those scenes in Parks & Rec where they take public comments aren’t as crazy as real-life community meetings that take real public comments.

Another difference is that they can’t just focus on high margin vehicles during a strike the same way they could during covid, though.

According to google, this much more:
